Currently there’s a bit of a gap between what teachers do & what teachers should be doing. This is a project that is meant, in some small (probably strange) way, to bridge that gap. The aim is to post distillations and wonderings about research relevant to teaching, to find and scrutinise ideas in other domains to see if they’ve got anything in their pockets worth having. It is an to attempt to avoid the pedagogical inertia that seems to come hand-in-hand with teaching.

Ultimately, this is a place to confront teaching practices and beliefs and ask: why think that?
